A Public Challenge (In Response to Russia's New Law Banning Trans Drivers on the Grounds of Psychological Impairment):

I, Diana Hignutt of New Jersey, USA challenge Vladamir Putin, of Moscow, Russia to a contest of psychological evaluation to test whether transsexuals are more psychologically defective the the average Prime Minister. I propose we both take the MMPI and undergo a brief mental health evaluation in a neutral country, the loser, i.e. the least psychologically healthy as quantified by the test and evaluation forfeits the right to drive (or ride horses) anywhere in the world. Failure to publicly accept this challenge constitutes unwillingness to accept out of fear of losing.
